So I took the opportunity the other evening to get our old Silver Cross pram out (great Freecycle find) and take some photos of our own little Rowan. It’s times like this I realise just how lucky we are to live in the beautiful South Norfolk, and we’re literally only 3 miles outside of Norwich.
This was on a walk we do regularly around the Arminghall edge of High Ash Farm. It’s so beautiful at this time of year – they’re really serious about their conservation – lots of the grass and flower meadows are left beyond the normal hay making time so that the flowers can seed and habitat will be left for the insects, mammals and reptiles, hopefully benefiting the biodiversity of the farm.
Summer evenings are such a great time for taking portraits of kids, the light is so rich and there are so many fantastic colours about. I love combining these two amazingly beautiful things, our countryside and our children (sorry, cheesy I know!).
Anyway enough of that, take a look at some of the photos and let me know what you think!
P.s. If you want to do a similar photo shoot with you / your family / your babies, I’m offering £50 of free prints if you book before the end of August (shoot cost is £145). If you’re interested please get in contact asap as places are limited.
